RULES:  Suggested donation for raffle ticket is $10.00.  Entrants must be 21 years of age or older and reside in Arizona at the time of ticket purchase.  Winners need not be present in order to win prizes.  No substitution or transfer of prizes allowed.  Grand Prize winner will receive a 2024 Camaro LT (MSRP:  $34,990).  Grand Prize drawing to be held on March 10, 2024 at the Cologuard Classic by Exact Sciences at La Paloma Country Club and Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, 3660 E Sunrise Dr, Tucson, AZ 85718.  Multiple $500 Cash raffles will take place prior to Grand Prize drawing in addition to being included in the Grand Prize drawing. Chances of winning are determined by the number of tickets sold and distributed, but not to exceed 50,000 tickets.  There is no guarantee that the eventual winner of the Grand Prize will be able to sell the car for the list price.  Grand Prize winner assumes all fees including but not limited to insurance, licensing, dealer documentation fee of $489.00 local state and federal taxes.  The actual 2024 Camaro LT awarded, is at the discretion of the Tucson Conquistadores, Inc. and O’Rielly Chevrolet, Inc.   The name of the winner may be obtained after March 10, 2024 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to 2023/24 Charity Raffle, 6450 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85710, or the winner will be notified by certified mail or phone within 5 days of the drawing.  Grand Prize winner agrees to be photographed at the time of receiving the Grand Prize, and hereby grants the Tucson Conquistadores, Inc. permission to use the photograph for promotional purposes.  The purchase of raffle tickets is not considered a gift and does not qualify as a tax-deductible charitable contribution.  Each entrant releases O’Rielly Chevrolet, Inc., and Tucson Conquistadores, Inc., their respective affiliates, attorneys, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damage or losses to person and property which may be sustained in connection with entering this drawing or winning or use of the prize.  For more information, contact Tucson Conquistadores, Inc. at (520) 571-0400.  www.tucsonconquistadores.com.
